Oh well,
Had to be done.
Gone to the Dogs again.
Because we have been fortunate enough to have demand outstrip supply, it became obvious another 'shop' was required. After only little discussion, it was decided to bring the 'dogs' magic to Italian cuisine.
This decision was made easier by the fact that James Scott, and a couple of his boys had trained and worked at Santini in the Sheraton.
